These terms govern use of the public Jumich Systems website and, where applicable, access to Jumich Systems-operated services such as AGUM.
1. Scope
By using this website or an authorized Jumich Systems service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms and any service-specific agreement that applies.
2. Services
Jumich Systems develops and deploys AI-assisted operational systems. Features may include drafting, analysis, workflow execution, information organization, tool integration, monitoring, and other approved business operations.
AI-generated output can contain errors and should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. Material external commitments and consequential actions may require human review or explicit approval depending on the deployment.
3. Accounts, integrations, and permissions
You are responsible for using accounts and integrations you are authorized to access. Connecting a technical integration does not by itself authorize every action the integration is technically capable of performing.
Google integrations are additionally subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Jumich Systems' Google-data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Jumich Systems services to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized surveillance, impersonate others deceptively, or instruct the service to access data or systems you do not have permission to use.
5. Intellectual property
The Jumich Systems name, site design, documentation, and proprietary systems remain the property of their respective owners. Customer or user content remains subject to the rights held by that customer or user and any applicable service agreement.
6. Availability and disclaimers
Services may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party platforms. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the public website and experimental/internal services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
7. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jumich Systems is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use, third-party platform failures, or reliance on unverified automated output. Any contractual service-specific liability terms will control where they conflict with these general website terms.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
